The Ortlieb Handlebar Pack is one our favourites. We've used them on many trips all through the year and found them to be tough, stable and of course, very waterproof. Highlights include a very adjustable mounting system that lets you route your various hoses and cables without kinking them, and a fantastic purge valve that really helps to get the load compressed making it more stable (and small of course!)
Available in 9l (great for drop bars and fast & light), and 15l sizes.
