We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible (normally 1-2 days) via tracked courier with an overnight South Island, and 2-3 day North Island service.
If for some reason an item is out of stock (we try to avoid this but it can happen occasionally!), we will contact you ASAP to arrange either another option, back order or refund depending on your preference.
Please note delivery to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, and courier tracking number. Contact can be made by email or phone, preferably with digital image showing damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 10 days of notification.
Please note: some freight providers are currently experiencing service delays. This is out of our control, unfortunately. We advise you to use your tracking number to follow the progress of your order, and contact the relevant courier service if your shipment has been delayed for more than 3 days. If you have no luck, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to follow up and get your gear to you!
If you pre-order a bike with us we require a deposit to secure your bike. The balance is payable prior to shipping or delivery to you.
For special order parts & accessories, payment in full is required at the time of ordering.
Our products are only available for delivery within New Zealand. We do not accept orders via our website for delivery to other countries.
