Shipping & Ordering

How long will it take to get my order?

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible (normally same day if before 3pm and next day if after 3pm) via tracked courier with an overnight South Island, and 2-3 day North Island service. Note that during reduced opening hours in winter (normally June/July), your order may take a day or two longer to ship.

If for some reason an item is out of stock (we try to avoid this but it can happen occasionally!), we will contact you ASAP to arrange either another option, backorder or refund depending on your preference.

Please note delivery to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, and courier tracking number. Contact can be made by email or phone, preferably with digital image showing damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 10 days of notification.

Shipping Costs

Up to $200: $7.50 freight charge

Over $200: $10.50 Freight charge

Bikes: N.I. $39 / S.I. $29

E-bikes: We generally don't ship e-bikes as we feel we can provide a better service to e-bike customers locally. If you have a specific requirement (for instance special order bikes such as Reise & Muller), please get in touch and we can arrange delivery.

Pre-orders & deposits

If you pre-order a bike with us we require 30% deposit to secure your bike. The balance is payable prior to shipping or delivery to you. For special order parts & accessories, payment in full is required at the time of ordering.

International Shipping

Our products are only available for delivery within New Zealand. We do not accept orders via our website for delivery to other countries.
