Felt Bruhaul Electric

The Brühaul is Felt bikes new cargo offering. It's a great looking machine that has all you could wish for in a long tail cargo bike that is suited to family hauling and commuting.

First up is the Bosch Performance Line motor – more torque than the Active Line motor to help with heavy loads. Shimano hydraulic brakes will keep things under control, while the well chosen 24" wheels shod with voluminous Schwalbe Carzy Bob tyres make for a sure footed and comfortable ride. What clinches it for us is the fully featured build: fenders, lights and panniers are included as is a sturdy twin-led kickstand.

The one-size frame (roughly equivalent to 17"), is cleverly designed to suit a wide range of rider heights (we can fine tune your ride position if required). It comes complete with a tough bamboo cargo deck, and the frame has numerous bolt points so you can customise your carrying options.

A big feature of this bike is it's light weight. At 25kg it is lighter than many regular e-bikes and is the lightest electric cargo bike available. This translates into a nimble ride and better range from your battery too. It's a tough beast too - the load rating is a massive 180kg (rider an cargo/passengers)!

Felt also produces some great add-ons to let you carry more stuff and people: a grab bar that keeps smaller passengers safe and comfortable, seat cushions for the rear bamboo deck and running boards for the feet. See more about the accessories.
