    Refunds

    Goods can be returned with a copy of the original invoice within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The return freight is at your cost however we will cover freight for an exchange product going to you. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, with all of the original packaging and labels. If your returned product does not meet the above requirements, we will contact you to discuss your options. Special orders that are found to be an incorrect size will not be accepted for return.

    Warranty

    Our products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any goods for possible warranty replacement must be returned to us for inspection and warranty assessment at your cost. You must include proof of purchase. Items accepted as warrantable will be repaired or replaced, with shipping to you at our cost. If the item is not accepted for warranty repair or replacement, we will advise you as soon as possible.
