Terms and Conditions for Afterpay Online Purchases

1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Afterpay as a payment option for online purchases on our website. By selecting Afterpay as a payment method, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

3. Afterpay Payment Option
   3.1 Afterpay enables you to make purchases now and pay for them over time in instalments. 3.2 By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you agree to pay the first instalment at the time of purchase and subsequent instalments as per the agreed schedule. 3.3 Afterpay may conduct credit checks or utilize third-party services to verify your eligibility for the payment option.

4. Payment Schedule
   4.1 The total purchase amount is divided into equal instalments based on the Afterpay payment schedule.
   4.2 You will receive a payment schedule outlining the instalment amounts and due dates.
   4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available on the payment card to cover the scheduled instalments.

5. Late Payments
   5.1 Late payments may be subject to additional fees or charges as outlined in the Afterpay terms and conditions.
   5.2 If a payment is not made by the due date, Afterpay reserves the right to restrict your ability to use Afterpay for future purchases.

6. Returns and Refunds
   6.1 Returns and refunds for purchases made using Afterpay will be processed in accordance with our standard return policy.
   6.2 If a refund is issued, Afterpay will adjust or cancel any outstanding instalments as necessary.

7. Disputes and Customer Support
   7.1 Any disputes or concerns regarding Afterpay should be directed to Afterpay's customer support.
   7.2 We are not responsible for resolving any issues related to Afterpay transactions, including payment issues or disputes.

8. Modifications and Termination
   8.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the availability of Afterpay as a payment option at any time without prior notice.
   8.2 Afterpay may also modify its terms and conditions, and it is your responsibility to review and understand the most current version.

9. Liability
   9.1 We are not liable for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of Afterpay.
   9.2 Afterpay is a separate service provided by a third-party company, and any disputes or claims should be directed to Afterpay.

10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
