Returns Policy

  • All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original packaging and labels, unused, unaltered and not previously installed. If you return an item for refund or exchange which is not in new condition or is incomplete, you will have the option to abandon the item without a refund or to pay to have it shipped back to you.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies for Complete Bikes.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return shipping is due to our shipping mistake, shipping damage, or a warranty issue. However, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item back to you.
  • Returns on purchases that qualified for Free Shipping will have Good Rotation's shipping cost deducted from the refund amount, again with the exception that the reason for return shipping is due to our shipping mistake, shipping damage, or a warranty issue.
  • We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • We will not accept any returns that do not have a Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.
  • We do not accept returns on Sale items.

Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) Number

  1. Email us at hello@goodrotations.co with your order number as well as the reason for your return, plus a copy of your original sales receipt.
  2. If the return request relates to a warranty issue or shipping damage, please include images of the issue and packaging in your email.

What happens next?

  1. After resolving any questions, we’ll email you an RA number to be clearly displayed on the packaging of the returned item.
  2. Package the item well and send it to us at:
